Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Legends EcomDeals has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description
We deliver everywhere in the world, and we have free and paid delivery so you have the choice to choose the one that suits you.

Your items are delivered through your local post office.
Do not worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no changes can be made.
Within 1-3 working days after placing successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number from our courier. If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will investigate this for you immediately.
If you have any questions regarding your shipment or if you have not received your tracking number, you are more welcome to contact us, and we will assist you further.
Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however, please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to process changes in the delivery address or cancel or modify orders that have been picked up by UPS.

We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition within 30 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Please send returned items to:
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply contact us, send along a pic and we will send you the right product and let you know how we should proceed with the wrong article.
Please include your order # at all times when e-mailing customer service.
In the case of faulty/incorrect/damaged items, we will cover the return shipping charges however if a return is made for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
You do not need to register an account with us to shop with us, you have the option to shop as a guest account and purchase your items without an account registered with us. However, subscribing to our newsletter enables you to get the drop on exclusives, discounts and more not offered to the public or published on our website.

Now with that being said…We do reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made and provide details as to the refunded order.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days after receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives at us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
